I had to send back a pair of shoes because the fit was a little off, and the whole return process was painless. The label was easy to find, the email updates came through at each step, and I kept checking the refund status probably more than I needed to. It hit my account after a few days, which was a nice surprise. No weird delays or back-and-forth, so I’d definitely order again.

"Good support, took a minute"
I reached out to customer service and they got back to me the next day. It was a little slow at first, but they did sort out my issue in the end. Not perfect, but good. Anyway...

"Discounts don’t really feel fair"
Even after the discounts, the prices still feel way too high. I get that businesses need to make a profit, but it doesn’t feel right when a sale barely makes things more affordable
