Ordered a pair of sneakers from them and they were really nice, however they came in a bit llater than expected

it was second time buying from vitkac and the experience has been good, i got the order 3 days after placing the order. customer service is also easy to contact. the only thing they can improve is to get their system to show the order number and send the confirmation email soon after the order is placed. for whatever reasons, the confirmation email only came at the end of the day after many hours after i have placed the order.

Unbelievable! Had to return the item and I was not refunded the full amount, but charged shipping costs of 10 euros. I dont know any other of the popular online shops in the EU who does that. There is no information about that when ordering. Vitkac is not recommended!

Brilliant service. Couldn't buy item in UK as limited and sold out. Ordered 5 days ago and item received today, excellent packaging, from Poland. Yes, I'll be using them again.
Thankfully they use UPS, AND not HERMES.

I was hesitant to order from vitkac at first, as I was unfamiliar with the company and it was based in Poland and I live in USA. However, it turned out to be one of the best shopping experiences I've had. Customer service was very responsible and helpful, I was able to pick between DHL, UPS or FedEx for delivery. My item arrived less than a week, almost as quick as Amazon and came very far. It was packaged well, with tissue, in a nice box, with all return information. Also, the price of my garment was far cheaper than the same thing here in the states. Very happy with the outcome and the excellent customer service. I would highly recommend and shop here again.

I was wary of ordering from this company because of negative reviews. However, the item I wanted was out of stock everywhere so I gave it a go. UPS sent me an email with date to be delivered on then changed it by one day. Order cam within a week, exactly as advertised and well packaged. Overall very pleased with my purchase.

I had to come on and leave this review as there are so many bad reviews for this business.
I ordered the most glorious item at a very discounted price and it was shipped the same day. Vitkac use UPS so you can't really go wrong with the delivery and the item was received 5 days later.
Packaging was spot on and the item is perfect.
If I ever win the lottery I will definitely buy from here again.

I ordered a pair of sneakers to Armenia. The delivery with UPS was scheduled for 30th of December. On 10th of January there wasn't any update. UPS wasn't respond. I've informed support of VITKAC that if package isn't delivered until January 18th , I will not able to receive it. So, it wasn't delivered and I asked them to cancel shipment and make a refund. They told that they will refund money after receiving the package back. After a month I don't have an idea where is the package and will I receive my money back or not.

product and company is legit. however i received a bag that was faulty with scratches on it. i wanted a partial refund as i has ordered from overseas and didn’t want to complication of sending the item back. i had also hear they are terrible with refunds so i didn’t want to risk having no money and no bag.

they said they could offer me a 5% refund for a bag that was FAULTY. it was scratched. they would not be able to sell this to another customer so i believe a refund of at least 30% would have been adequate. they could not replace it with a new bag either.

customer service is very unprofessional writing to me in capitals which came off aggressive. lots of spelling mistakes like they were typing fast and not checking what they wrote. not even addressing me or being friendly in their emails.

overall very unimpressed.

I was scared to order because of the negative reviews but I'm pleased I did. I ordered a Chloe bag from the sale as it was sold out everywhere else and I really liked the bag. It came in 2 working days with dhl, well packed with all of the labels attached. So pleased with it!

I bought a pair of orange Birkenstocks from their website for my wife's birthday. The description lists them as "Orange ‘Arizona BS’ slides from Birkenstock" and they clearly are orange in the images for the product. I'm giving two stars because some Birkenstocks DID arrive in reasonable time. But they're not orange. They're a pale peach colour. So I contacted customer services to say as much and got the following message back (this is the entire message):

Hello,
You received for legal product. The peach color is one shade of orange, in addition, the shades of the photos on the site are individual to the graphic settings on the site and the light that falls on the product.

You are entitled to a 14-day return period if the product does not meet your expectations.

That's rude and abrupt but worse appears to be an attempt to gaslight a customer into thinking that it's perfectly okay to receive a different colour because, you know, what is colour anyway apart from a social construct and hey peach could be orange, couldn't it? No, it couldn't. It looks completely different -that's why it has a different name.

Don't deal with these guys, they're awful.

p.s. As I was writing this I got a follow-up from their customer service representative, to whom I made the above point. It said: "Peach color is one of the shades of orange. It is a combination of orange with a touch of white."

Much as I love arguing semantics with a customer service representative, I'm still giving them a two star review for appalling service and failing to take ownership of a clear mistake on their part.

Ordered a Versace sweatshirt on the online site on Monday got 10% off order. Delivered to the UK on Thursday absolute perfect extremely happy. Came with all the free return labels . I would highly recommend

Bought a new pair of designer boots from their website. Was apprehensive about buying abroad and shipping to USA but the experience was totally smooth and the item was in pristine, new condition exactly as described. DHL shipping was super fast! Highly recommend this seller!

I was a little hesitant due to mixed reviews but ordered anyway as the tshirt was to match an armani tracksuit and couldn't find it anywhere in stock in UK so for £40 I thought its worth the risk. Arrived, very well packaged, original item, has all the returns products you need included to send back if necessary. Will definitely order again.
